About Winter Teams

Join us for tryouts on November 3rd and 20th for our Winter Box League! The CT Knights Box season kicks off on December 2nd, offering elite training led by experienced box lacrosse coaches from both the college and high school levels. Box lacrosse is a fast-paced, highly competitive sport that enhances stick skills and teaches players to perform in tight spaces. It’s a great complement to field lacrosse and will help take your game to the next level.
